I want to be all my dog believes me to be ...
by compound complex ingreetings, pet owners and lovers:.
while i have no pets of my own, i do care for dogs and cats and have cared for bunnies and guinea pigs in the past.
i'm working on an essay with an 11-year-old student, and the subject is symbiotic relationships and how humans learn from their close interaction with animals.. here is a portion of the reference material under study:.

Thank you, LUHE, JRK, and Pete, for your comments and pics.
I am eternally gratefully for my bound volumes and their keeping me current on current thinking (well, slightly dated current thinking).
I am caring for a pair of Maine Coons that are only now coming out of hiding and allowing me to pet them. It's been a mere three years.

So far, so good, ShirleyW.
My DELL had WIndows 7 Ultimate and this Toshiba uses Windows 7 Home Premium. The former was virtually trouble-free; I was the third owner. Will see how the newest, for me, works out. It was originally on IE and constantly stalling due to script errors. Went to Chrome and all's well, so far!
I just saw all sorts of W7 software for sale. Hope you get your issues resolved. Thanks for responding.

Yes, Wasa! A miracle. For a bit, I was worried about the disconnect, forced to talk to real people, face to face . . .
Thank you!

Thanks, jp1692!
I'm not used to a speedy PC with lots of memory, but I'll try.

Greetings, Friends:
My trusty and very old DELL died a few days ago; a friend's gift of a Toshiba has gotten me here. Fortunately, it uses Windows 7 like my old pc. Thanks, Simon, for your help getting me back on. At last, I have succeeded in signing in.
Glad to see you all.

. . . I invited my friends, and to my surprise they loved the idea of spending what I thought was supposed to be a family-oriented day, with me and not with their families. -- scratchme1010
Thanks for that observation. It gives me a clearer perspective when feeling down about my family situation.
Should I say "non-family" situation?
